Louisiana 1st Circuit to Implement Email Notification Program Beginning Jan. 1

The Louisiana 1st Circuit Court of Appeal instituted a voluntary Email Notification Program in 2009. Beginning Jan. 1, the court will take the final step to fully implement emailing as an official transmission method for notices of judgment and dispositions of the court.
